You do not need to disclose any earnings while applying for PSW. So I can't see it being a problem. Do ensure though you keep to 20 hours a week unless you have finished your course.

do u know?
As far as I know, it is immediate for an A-rated sponsor. It is the sponsor's duty to make sure that the applicant is eligible for an unrestricted COS.
there is a typo in point 1).. i meant restricted COS I would imagine, unrestricted COS, will be made available(i.e. ready to be assigned) VERY soon after the initial request but i can't say for sure http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=75542 According to a few people on this the unrestr...

I must agree... 9 months and that kind of money on a student visa( assuming you are switching from student visa) will look highly suspicious. You are best not mentioning that. Remember the purpose of the £800 requirement is to prove maintenance. By dipping below the required amount, you have given ...

I explored that idea but the ex-sponsors have said that it is specific to working for that company rather than the contract I have with that company. Unless your contract was worded that way, I think they are just trying bullying tactics. Even, if it is on your contract I am pretty sure you will ha...
Thanks. I only found out today so need to review my contract tonight but a friend has stated that even if they had put a policy in the contract it is not legal to restrict trade in this way or demand payment after my professional relationship with them should cease and they no longer hold my visa. ...
Hello all, I am not sure if this topic is discussed here before. I checked the site but couldn’t find it. Coming to the topic.. I'm not having a good week. I'm reading everything out of context. I think it's because of stress. I read it again now and it makes sense, as it does say that one needs 50 points to qualify for tier 2, and 30 points are given for psw with another 20 for the appropriate salary. so, you are well righ...
As far as I know most hourly rates published were based on a 37.5 hour week so assuming you are on a 35 hour week 27000/52/35 = £ 14.84.. if you pro rata this to 37.5 hour week it would be £ 15.89 as your hourly rate. This is my understanding, but I advise waiting on official documentation regardi...
