No. Plenty of people travel long distances to their workplace. Infact many people who work in london live quite far away. I have a friend who commutes from Birmingham everyday... so don't worry.

Were you in the UK while making the Indian earnings? Given that you are on a PSW, I would assume so. Earnings can only be given an uplift if you were physically present in the country. So if you were in India for those 9 months you can apply the uplift, otherwise you will just have to convert it to...

In that case it is fine, there are no rules about the account being active/ inactive. The account must be in your name though. As long as your supporting documents are in correct you should not have a problem. Although, like I mentioned given that you will be earning a sizeable amount, it will be be...

Such a large difference in such a short period will definitely result in investigation and could lead to a ban if documents are fake. If you are confident about authenticity, then you will need invoices, bank statements after the money has been paid, probably best to have letter from the employer, p...

Unfortunately, the company/ hotel sponsoring you to work will have to apply for your visa. The process ususally takes 4-6 weeks at the minimum. It would probably be best to look for an internship in a country where you are eligible to work.

If you are applying in March then I don't think your payslips from Sep 09 to Nov-09 will be valid as you can apply only using 12 months earnings from the last 15 months prior to your application.

Re: Workpermit toTier 1 application with 20% Bonus and over

Your car allowance is not considered for Earnings at all, make no mistake about that. WRT your Bonus, its not considered either (to the best of my knowledge, and others are welcome to correct me). However, your OT is countable as your income. Don't think that is correct. All bonuses will be counted...

The financial documents you have should be fine but be prepared to have proof of the actual work you have done. So email copies, proposals, analysis etc because it is quite likely your situation will be thoroughly checked and your dad's company audited.

Common sense would suggest it would be hard to reject your application on the basis of that. If you want to be safe, why not send additional photographs in, it will give you peace of mind atleast.
