I was able to book an appointment last night. I wish to thank all of you for your helpful tips.
PS: My visa does not expire on 18th February, rather that is the date I am due ILR.

I posted application on 7th March, I received biometric notification email on 28th March, giving me 15 working days to enrol but I need letter to do so. Unfortunately the letter has still not arrived, postman just came.
