well that was the mistake i have done. i have waited till 8 months to complain and now my case is open and case worker ask em for same documents again i.e latest salary slips, proof of my relation from meeting to till date with my wife, latest bills, etc.. they r 10 points and i m trying to get them...

it takes about 3 week from their apology letter.

i think most of people got their RC coz no one reply anymore LOLzzz.

hi everybody,i complained recently to the ho about eea2 delay (whish took more then 11 months) by e-mail and i received their reply where they said my complaint has been passed to relvant casework departement for action and they will contact me directly after 10 days nothing happen!i still waitting...

i did cal today and after waiting 45 minutes they told me that they r doing at the moment April cases so as for me i have submitted the case in aug. i think i have to wait ages ............ i m thinking of involving MP in it but i need some sample letter to help me build my own....

Hi Aamir, I waited 10 months I sent my application the 19 th of May. then they asked for me to provide with some support docuemnts at the end of febnruary and after that I called in 2 weeks ago and they said the desition has been maid and i should expect my documents within the next two weeks. :D ....
