Which other pilot countries are you aware of?. These will definitely increase the processing time of applications from those countries. Maybe some June /after june applications are undergoing this home country verification.

Based on opinions and recent publications, it likely the new changes take effects from April or May after the election. So 1st March is still alright but its better if you can get it in earlier.

Although my application was delievered on 26th Jan (From DHL tracking), I am yet to receive my reference # from HO. I hope HO will not claim that I submitted after the new change as payment (used UK postal) may be delaying the acknowledgement.

Yes, I used the November form and actually filled the contact sheet with both my coresspondent and email addresses.

Did HO write you with the email address you gave me i.e
