Swan I have to ask you, you's husband ex-wife, is she living and work in the UK and she just doesn't want to give him the document he needs ? If that s the case, am sure he can get the documents he needs such as proof of her working here ... if she is no longer living in Uk the it becomes a differen...

Hi Swan I believe nothing should stop your husband having multiple application in the home office. I think as long as he is allowed to switch category that should not be a problem. in the line on the requested information by the HO that i think you've provided it seems that he s got a lot chances on...

one of the requirement is that she has to be a qualified person.
In the document i sent you you will see the requirements to be a qualified person, i mean for an EEA national to be a qualified person

I can confirm that my brother is divorced after 5 years of marriage. the problem the Ho is posing is that his ex-wife have been working in UK up to the time of the divorce which is not stated in the EU version of the law ... when you read the version of the EU regulation on the retention of residenc...
