As per UKBA requirement your writing score is not enough for undergraduate or level 6 score which is 5.5 in each component.
You should be Ok for HND courses which are normally below NQF level 6 AND SCQF LEVEL 8 ETC.[/img]

Alibaba i am not an immigration expert, but what ever i had experince recently, i would say if you apply for student extension, you will be possibaly refused due to 322(2) from ccl hostory (which is now very much clear from Test case as well), before the test case decision it was descrection of case...
