I suppose you still have your tickets, then use the itinerary as the evidence of the dates you left UK. Generary if you have few days out of UK then case worker won't bother too much for the dates left or returned back to UK.

Though you have to remember that you will have to pay to transfer your visa to your new passport. If you don't mind carrying two passport when travellling than I think it's best to just don't bother transfre and pay more money, use that money to treat ur children!!!

I would not worry about that too much, the main thing is that your name is written in full with correct spelling and the number of your ID has been entered correctly on the computer, i.e ur passport number, driver number etc...

Is it possible to use two different forms of payment at PEO

Hi everyone, I wonder if it is possible to use two different forms of payment at PEO. I want to pay £1020 using two different credit cards. i.e one card pay £500 and another card pay £520. This is because the balance on each card is less than £1020, and so I can't use one card to pay full amount...

As Sten already confirmed above, you van attend PEO on 20/09/09 (This based on the fact that you were physically in UK form 18/10/04 on HSMP visa). You can start callling from 09/08/09.

Hi KCUK Post study work visa (or any visa indeed) won't break your continuous residence, and after 10 years of continuous legal residence you will be eligible for ILR ( Though this will depend on the implementation of a new citizenship bill due to take effect on Dec, 2010!- Subject to parliament app...

Since he entered UK - 24th Sept 1999, he can apply any day from 27th Aug 2009, so 28th Aug 2009 is absolutely fine. Has he already booked the appointment? and which PEO> I am currently trying to get a booking...any tips because it ia a nightmare to get through!!
