Only my wife and i went to the croydon office. 1) Is it required to take my baby (2 month old) for the premium appointment ? Not Required at all. 2) Would there be any biometric that would be done as Tier1 / depend...

HI,

I feel the name of the dependant should be there. You sign it. i applied for my dependants and i do not remeber exactly. But i did sign it and in brackets said 'Signed by xxxxxxxxxxxx...Father of Applicant).

Hi, As per the guidelines, the photograph should not be more than 1 month. Have you submitted the same photograph as the one used for initial visa in Aug 08? If you have then the case worker is correct in rejecting the application. You cannot appeal. If not, then how would you prove that it is a rec...

Recently i applied for Tier 1(Gen) extension along with 3 dependants. In the Dependants App Form, i did not fill B11 and B12. This is because Home Office gave a reference number previously to the main applicant and not to the dependant. Also, my spouse did not have a work permit and was not in HSMP....

In the main covering letter, i have clearly explained that the maintenance funds i have maintened are for myself and 3 dependants.

Do i need to create a separate sponsorship letter for each dependant?

I agree with Chetan. If you are applying within UK, then no need to send No Objection certificate. If you are applying outside uk, i agree you need to have atleast have an rental agreement.

I am not sure if we need to show there is enough space for wife in the house. How would you show this?
