Re: Thinking About Screwing Up Certificate At Ceremony

Do Aussies swear allegiance to the queen or not? I thought that since they are already subjects of Her Majesty, perhaps they can be exempt from all that hullabaloo which they are already part of. Perhaps this must be queried with Her Majesty's government. i know and we do however, I wish this was t...

Yes you may if you wish although I'm not sure that you'll make a great saving. If you are applying together (and assuming you're applying before the new fee structure), you will be required to pay £2,589. If you apply on your own and then have your dependent apply by post, you will pay £1,426 plus £...

You have already satisfied the English Language requirement in a previous application. The only thing you need to do is to take the Life in The UK Test.

I wish your child a speedy recovery. It is also important that you keep all the medical evidence of your child's illness handy so that if your absence ends up falling under the "compelling reasons" pool, you will have the evidence handy. Also, you may know this already, but I just thought ...

Further to katwmn6 advice above, guidance for Tier 2 (General) states that: Payslip: This must be the most recent payslip. It must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application. It should either be an original payslip or on company-headed paper. If the payslip is not...

Re: EMPLOYER LETTER - TIER 1 to ILR .. Please Help

Hi, Thanks for your answer. This is where I was confused. It just says work permit holder and I guessed Tier 1 comes under work permit holder, it is a work permit isn't it, or is there a separate category called work-permit. I have already got the bank statements, payslips, even a letter for my pai...

I have in total 75 holidays within last 5 years whether this applies to me or not as there is no guidance available on UKBA website and this question seems to be mandatory if an application has provided absences When you say you've had 75 holidays, did you mean to say '75 days of holidays'? Was the loan credited to your account separately? You could always highlight the salary which you are claiming on the bank statements so that caseworker can see where the salary credits are on the bank statement. The loan should not be an issue.
