One thing i couldnt understand is that you said it would be safe if i apply 4-6 weeks before expiry but i would still be short of 4-6 weeks for ILR as i am planning to apply through same day service and visa would start from the date of application.

I was already in uk when i was granted Tier 1 General on PSW so there is no entry to UK date involved what would be the scenario in this case.

f317633 just pay the correct tax after your expenses. If they ar etrue, you should not worry about any thing and if they are not genuine then pay the tax to avoid any investigation.

Marriage like this new will need other evidences like Nikkah nama, family registration card from Nadra, husband nae on ID card and passport, marriage pictures showing a lot of people attended it and its not a fake one, any used/spare wedding invitation card etc etc :)

I am not a lawyer and I did not verify before the post but what I remember is that because your dependent is out of country so out of country funds will apply to her.

Look at it this way? Whats the purpose of uplift ratio? The purpose is that if you earn X amount by working Y in your country, you can earn for example 5X by doing same Y. any thoughts on the fact that when test case proved that CCL never offered any PGD then why points based calculator gives 30 points for PGD from CCL?

people who requested paper decission got their first reply today that the first decission where students lost the appeal was correct. hence this request is dismissed.
you have 5 days to appeal against this decission (you need grounds for it) or 28 days to leave the country

a small update for NOT PAYING students :)

students who requested paper decission have not received anything yet.
students who requested hearing are getting hearing dates for december and jan 2010.

No further update is available as of now.

the last option does not make sense because ccl studenst with IGS and getting exteion on PSW in 3 weeks time. I have seen 2 passports with my own eyes.

IGS to PSW

I have received my passport with 1 year visa, I have applied for IGS to PSW transitional arrangment from westminster college of computing on 6th of May.
