Being eligible under the visa waiver program shouldn't make one ineligible for a B1/B2 visa. . Thanks for the reply . I still cannot by the fact that if you already have a valid visa ( 2017 my case ) which benefit me to use 6 months on a single stay as VWP is 3 months ( only reason to transfer ) . ...
