Switch to FLR(M) after you are granted settlement. Given that the dependants have been on PBS leave since 2008, they may be eligible for settlement ( SET(M) ) immediately after grant of FLR(M) leave ( 287)(a)(d) ). Thanks for your advice sir. lal if you are applying together with dependants then u must include your dependants details. It doent matter if they are coming with you or not to peo. If you need to confirm please call home office. I was also confused then I rang HO they said they don't consider my dependants application because ...

Im also in a same boat.My wife is a tier1 dependent since Jan2008 and Im going to complete my 10 years lawfull residence in uk in december 2010.
I would like to know when can my wife apply for ILR:
(a) As soon as I get ILR or
(b) She has to finish 2 years futher more to qualify for ILR.
