Re: Refusal of visiting visa for my Mother-in-law. Plz Help.

She has been refused on the basis of accommodation stating that the house becomes too crowded. Sorry for that. How do they know, that the house will become too crowded. Refree's

Hi,
Me and my wife are applying for naturalisation next week as a joint applicant on the basis of 5 years.
Regarding the refrees, can they be the same 2 refrees to sign both of our applications or do we have to find different refrees for each of us ?

Please advice.

Thanks.

It could be that people, wary of the June 2011 changes being re-instated at some point in time, applied as soon as they were eligible. And the others who had been...

Just in case if I decide to send our son's passport along with ours for ILR, will he need a visa (limited leave to remain) on his passport?
Not necessary to have FLR for baby when you apply for ILR as your dependant.

Please book an appointment or make sure they get your application on that date as your visa expires the next day. The final option would be, to go through a solicito...

Thanks for that. Your child is not yet British but there is an entitlement for Registration as British, under section 1(3). A quick and easy procedure, and pain-free, apart from the cost of the application! Section 1(3) applications are taking less than a month to be processed. Having received the ...
