If your degree is listed in the PBS list you are fine. Just mention the same in your application/cover letter. And if it is not listed in PBS calculator then you have to contact NARIC to evaluate if it is equivalent to UK's master or higher degree? If it is, then you can claim points otherwise not.

I said NORMALLY you must apply from your country origin. (the use of normally indicates there are exceptions) I already explained why I threw out PR so try to read more judiciously in the future.
