Re: include photocopies?

Fortunately I had taken with me one set of photocopies of all originals which I gave her, still one set I kept in home. So, YES, I think it is better to arrange your application with photocopies, lik...

Re: Visa rejected due to picture not meeting guidline

If you could write/provide the text of the refusal letter, it would be better to discuss possible options. Like if they said, you can make another application, if it is incountry or outside. Secondly, your passport was with HO, when your visa was expired. It was your responsibility to apply enough t...

I think only way would be reference to PBS calculator, if it awards 10 points to your degree for English language then well and good otherwise you should take IELTS test. Please see Guidance page 33 of 49: 191. Where the degree was taken in another country we will always assess it using the points b...

Re: Bank statements (deposits AND withdrawals?)

There are some active threads debating this in the forum. To summarize: 1- You should not disturb the originals in a way that they look like forged. 2- You can put a table in your cover letter about the dates when you received the salary, so it would be easier for case worker to locate the transacti...

I did same, used two different sets of statements: one for previous earnings and the other for maintenance funds. But mention/highlight it very clearly in you cover letter, to avoid confusing the case worker. I bank with LLoyds TSB. Thats a good idea to request an up-to-date statement. I suppose I c...
