In document checklist of VAF9 they ask number of passports being submitted, so I guess should submit old ones too. Having said that, I think there is a chance that they may stamp visa in the old passport :? .

It is a DUPLICATE post but with no response/answers, Section 6.3 in Appendix 1 asks for details of this TEST where Awarding Body is ok... Title is ok.... Level is also ok.... But m confused about Date of Award??? There are 2 dates on IELTS test report form. First 1 is the date of exam(24 july 2008)....

Hi,
It may sound stupid, but is it required to submit cover letter along with the main and dependent applications?
I saw an active thread about sumbission of printout of PBS calculator results, which was discussed as not mandatory but was suggested useful.
What about cover letter?

Thank you Chetan, Yes, letter clearly mentioned the law about tax and IRS exemption. If unluckily they reject my application because of this document, I have the below-mentioned parts in guidance that support these documents in appeal, but I hope this would not be the case. Degree is fine. No need for marksheets.
Also presuming your degree is listed in PBS calculator (For English requirement section), you don't need to submit TOEFL sheet too.
