Re: translator stamp on original documents.

Thanks Chetanojha, you deserve to be a Guru!! He was showing me the formats, first one was notarized, as you have mentioned. The second one is translation on his official pad, with sign, signtures and date of translation. So, the second option plus a letter from him about translation would be enough...

35 mm is just 1 mm more than required format. If only this is the problem, I think you do not worry and let it be. I hope it would be okay. Even in the photo guidance they have provided, the lady and kid's pictures which they have declared as good, are less than 27 mm, while above they have mentione...

Option D could be: At the time of your current expiry date (i.e., NOV 2011) if you are in your home country, you could apply for an extension at the British High Commission through their standard protocol for highly skilled immigrant visa. I do not know if it is possible like this, but you may send ...

Re: Bank statements on stationary paper -NEED HELP

When you write in application, claiming period for consecutive 12 months should be like this 27/08/2009 to 26/08/2009 and your earned money should have been deposited to your account within this range. Your bank statment with seal and signature from bank, having logo of bank should be fine. In my op...

Re: Port of entry - latest bank statement

In my opinion, you do not need to have it. It is just a requirement for visa application. But if you have this money and you can prepare a fresh statement, you can keep it with you, just in case if some immigration officer asks you about it. I did ask this question regarding what all documents are n...
