His company started less than a year ago, I know some companies give tax once an year. If his accountant is saying him to come in October 2009, they must have done everything to see through the legal matters and solid reasons behind this. Seems okay to me. Follow chetan's advice and prepare for your...

Re: Stop and Serach in UK.....!!!!!!!!!!

My question is why do you want to take pictures alone? You can use www.google.com search name of place where you want to take pictures, click on images in the upper bar and there you are, a lot of images. If you want to be the part of that picture, you can use Microsoft paint. Advanced users can use...

Re: Tier1 Dependant Application Rejected - Appeal

Does it mean that she forgot to answer those questions where they have asked if she had any criminal offence in UK? If so, I think you can say that it was an unintentional mistake and if it is possible/aplicable you may show a recent criminal certificate. Seniors must have more valuable suggestions...

Thanks Chetanojha and Ramesh. Yes, that is right. I am going to show the immediate last 12 months bank statements before my application. So it seems fine to serve both purposes (previous earnings + maintenance funds). In addition to satisfy previous earnings + maintenance fund sections, I am going t...

I have asked my bank to prepare last twelve months bank statement as a record of previous earnings. Can I use the same statement for maintenance funds or do I need to prepare a separate set of statement only for last three months? Thanks so much.

Job situation in UK and Tier 1

Most members are suggesting that even if you have got a Tier 1 visa, you should not be leaving your current job outside UK, unless you find a suitable one in UK. It seems a wise opinion. My concerns are, if someone could not find a job in three years of visa validity or most part of three years and ...

Does this mean if you have a Tier 1 visa and you intend to enter UK as a visitor then you should apply for a tourist visa? If one goes by the book (rules+underlying spirit), what you intend to do should not be seen as any different from coming here on a tourist VISA and start working full time.

This is not right forum for this question. Anyway, you do not need to book the ticket before getting visa, but in visa application form you do need to fill out a proposed itinerary . It is required to mention in application. My parents and me did same for our recent trip to UK. No you dont need to b...
