Every month's different pay amount and bank statement.

Hi, The thing which makes me worry is that every month a different amount is being deposited in my account (sometimes two months salary in one month while somtimes only one allowance in one month, but the same amount is reflected in my pay slip). What do you think would there be any problem with thi...

Re: Language of application documents and dependent funds.

Thanks Chetanojha. No it was not a Tier 1 or HSMP, it was a short term visitor visa. In this case I have to do a lot of additional work.. What would you suggest for translating the documents? I mean who can be classified as a professional translator, somebody appointed by British Embassy here ...

Re: Language of application documents and dependent funds.

It is always useful to read the official documents first. If you go to the HO web- site- please see the link: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier1/general/applying/ you will see that Clause 14 on Page 6 of the Guidelines says that 'where a document is not in English or Welsh, the ...

Language of application documents

I plan to apply for Tier 1 from a European country. My pay slips and related documents for application are in this European language (Not in English). I am going to apply in British Embassy here. Do I need to translate all these documents to English? Previously I have applied for a visit visa to UK ...

As far as my previous experience of travelling to UK is concerned, I remember that when I exited from UK they did not stamp my passport (I used visit visa), but only when I entered. If it is right, then I hope there would not be any problem as it may lead them to conclude that you were in UK for you...

Thank you so much for your reply. What I meant was, for instance if I am claiming points for PhD, should I submit only PhD degree, transcript and letter from university or should I also submit Master and Bachelors degrees along with my PhD documents? Thank you.

academic certificate for Tier 1 general application

Do I need to send all of my academic certificates along with my application or only the final one, on the basis of which I am claiming points (it is listed in Point based calculator)? Thank you.

Hello, Would you please let me know about your point of view? Is it still the same after 31-03-2009? I mean if education is available on PBC, we do not need NARIC letter? Thank you so much.

NO. You don't need it. Thank you for your prompt reply and I was also thinking same but the updated information for Appendix A - Attributes (31/03/09) on their website states (please see below), so I feel a little bit confused. Isn't it reasonable to verify it by NARIC to be on the safe side? Pleas...

NARIC letter

Hello guys, may be it is already answered somewhere in the forum but unfortunately I am unable to locate this information. My question is,"Do I still need NARIC letter if my qualification is confirmed by Home Office' Point Based Calculator?" Thank you so much.
