you can certainly do this, but there is a risk of visa being refused on the basis of overcrowding in the house. how many people live in the house? if you still intend to show your room for your kid and wife make sure its a big double size room, house is not overcrowded and should be mentioned in the...

for your wife its a visa extension and for your baby its entry clearance. both your wife and baby can apply together though.

don't get confuse with entry clearance and visa, both are same thing, your first ever visa is known as entry clearance normally and thereafter simply visa.

theoretically you don't need to provide your employment details for your wife's dependent visa but its best to apply for your wife's visa when you have a job in hand as it'll help the case significantly, that will be my choice if i were you.

no need to send change of circumstances form to ukba, when you apply for your visa extension there is a section in which you provide all details about your current and old passport and yes you need to send all of your passports with your application.

i spoke to one accountant today and he said he'll give me profit and loss statement and a letter from him, he'll charge £200 which sounds ridiculously high.

thanks for all the replies so far, so is that true that accountant will give me only two documents, p&L statement and his letter?
