psw application dead line is april 2012 for student studying bachelor degree from uk university, is there any extension in this date announced yet or this is final. actually my degree finish on july 2012. so i will not be able to apply if it is april 2012. please tell if you know any thing latest up...

Tier4 dependant visa processing time scale is 2 days to 12 weeks ,,, these days BHC is taking 2 months atleast, he need bank statement of 28 days for 3 depandant, out side and inside london maintenace funds are different, u can read guidnce notes from ukba web, its better if they show bank acount on...

my friend got his baby visa yesterday, he applied as a premium service, on window . his baby was a main applicant and u need to show bank your statment for ur baby, and your uni letter , birth certificate and some other require documents

tier 4 dependant guidance policy states that it should be 9 month even the course is 2 or 3 years.

is there any one waitng for student dependant visa from pak ?

u can ask me here , but workout on ur case coz every case is different , i struggled alot , dont go to any solicter , i went to ( malik law chamber)they said 95 % chances r u wil get refusal. n so n so ...... Better way is that search and study ukba web site, guidance notes in detail, it will save u...

they interviewd him abt modules ,peroids ,course n abt college,
his reply was sufficeint that wht he told us ,but they kept him any way..
so becarefull ..

he should go but prepared hisself for questioning on return at AIRPort.. just recently one of mate he came bk aft staying 3 months,at manchester airport, they kept him in detention centre for 5 days n then solicitor arranged apeal papers,so n so , his PSW is frm camb,now he is at home but w8ing 4 he...
