NO BRP for son

Hi,

We were granted ILR on 7th march and have received BRP cards for both of us but have not received BRP card for my 2 years old son. Although PEO took his photo.

is there any specific helpline to contact and shall i wait 10 days and contact after.

@adil2009; you don't need to prove that you were living togeather for 2 years, however you have to prove that you were living togeather since your dependent joined you in uk. Would it possible can you give me document list which you showed , so i can try to menage it , Any documents which you think...

@adil2009; you don't need to prove that you were living togeather for 2 years, however you have to prove that you were living togeather since your dependent joined you in uk. vinny posted link in one post from immigration laws section from UKBA. will try to post here again. on safe side have letters...

you should be able to apply in January 2013 i.e. 28 days before you will complete 5 years. time starts when you entered to UKk or when you got FLR.

new guidelines says that BRP for in person appointments will be taken at the same time and for postal application, applicants have to book post office appointment after they receive a letter from PO.

anyone applied after 28 feb can give us his/her experience.
