I havent maintained funds for the 3 months and i have my appointment in first week of april..As rakesh suggested i am hoping and believe that we dont have any maintenace fund criteria.. ..yes its a hell lot of money but hopefully everything willl go smooth..Good luck.

Just to clarify so i should say no to criminal convictions and Yes to civil judgement or civil penalty (Q 7.3) and if i say yes it does ask for details like Date should i say the date on that was on the bailiff notice and country where judgement made? so...

on top of the list i would include payslips and current employment letter

My brothers who is on PSW applied for his wife as dependant through chennai vfs got his wifes visa now..

received on 19 / 06

I think the dependant form has changed only for the applicants who is applying from uk... its still the march version fro those who are applying from india...

Hi i dont think so its a must but if you have one will support your application..if you dont have one not to worry you will be fine as long you got all the required doc..

Hi mghe,

I would suggest you to choose accompanying the main applicant so incase if your dependant is called for an interview.. she doesnt has to lie to visa officer that your in uk..

better to tell the truth..and i dont think theres any problem whatever you choose to answer as...

Hi mghe, If you got all your documents ready just pop into the VFS office as i heard from my bro there is no lots of applicants.. and im sure they will let you in to apply....except you have to wait for 1 hour extra.. to finish off the booked applicants..
