generally they dont look at WP as they have all details in their system. As long as you have letters from employers and P60/Payslips for 5years, they are ok. in my case my company A was taken over by company B even though my WP was made by company A. when i showed the relevant document from the com...

When I looked at the "Technical Changes" section in UKBA website, it outlines that one has to make a fresh tier 2 application if he/she has got promotion or change in salary. Anyone been this scenario..... your responses will be much appreciated.... Fair enough remo... why dont u drop an ...

OK, that being the case, they should not be claiming Child Benefit (nor Tax Credits). They should contact the Child Benefit forthwith and withdraw the claim.
