Is the biometric T4 id card still valid if the passport has expired. A friend is under the impression that she will just remain in uk until her t4 visa finishes then leave the country on her expired passport. thanks for the quick reply. so looking at section 3c, leave would be extended under the same conditions of the tier 4 visa. what evidence (receipt of application) would be acceptable for continuing part -time employment. i.e proof to employer that still legally allowed to work 20hrs during term-time...

Tier 4 student switch to EEA marriage still work 20hrs week?

Can a Tier 4 student who is applying for a marriage visa using the EEA route still work part time (20hrs/week) whist waiting for the application to be processed. also tier 4 visa expires very soon - 15th july 2011

I appreciate that point, but in this case the applicant handed the documents in to the VAF with his application and was handed back the 2 documents by the clerk. would that be a reason for administrative review?

A friend in Dubai has just been issued a CoS, and when handing his notice into employers has been immediatly sacked and has to return to thailand where he will apply for entry clearance for UK. Can he still use the same Cos as the current address is no longer applicable?

Thanks for the reply,
but like I said her potential sponsor/employer only has a B grade sponsorship license and therefore cannot offer to provide the maintainance. Or am I wrong?

Hi from researching this forum, would i be correct in assuming that regular allowances can be added to basic salary to help gain more points for a PBS application. if so what allowances would be allowed and to what value. How much would, say, an accomodation allowance be capped at?
