Does the supplementary work have to be from the same employer? I am working as a university researcher in a project and the supplementary work was part of that research project for a company who is a member of that project anyway.

the toefl ibt score for C1 is 110-120. I am surprised why it is so high! I dont think even a university will require that high a score.
