My visa was refused on the following bases

“ your visa letter dated submitted from University of chester does not state what documents were used in order to access your ability to start this courseâ€

No my employer is not registered but i thought you got option between PSW or Sponser Cert. to claim 30 points
please correct me if i am wrong
