Help Needed

I am applying ILR with one dependent on 09/08/2012 in Soilhill ( in person).
I got Tier 1 extension previously.
I am confused which form i should use for the dependent.
I know that i shall use SET (O) but not sure about dependent.
Plz help.

Hi I have the same case But i believe that They gave me 3 months more visa. HSMP conversion from Student on 27/07/2007 Visa Granted : 27/07/2007 To 26/07/2009 Extension Tier 1 : 14/10/2009 To 15/10/2012 ( Applied on time) Can i apply MY ILR at the end of July 2012? Please Advise. Thanks in Advance

My Wife is living with me as Tier 1 dependent since 04/2009 in UK. When i get an ILR and herself as well, Can she apply for British passport immediately because she already spent at least 3 years as dependent.

‘Apply online’ service in the UK – technical problems

Because of technical problems, applicants in the UK might currently be unable to use our 'Apply online' service.

Any Other Alternative method to book an appointment for PEO.

If the 3 months 4 days were not for business or compelling reasons, then your 5 year counter has been reset and won't be eligible for ILR until 5 years from the date you returned to the UK after the 3 months 4 days out. If the case worker decides to aggregate your 92 days period then you may be better off living a little longer than 5 year period to make for the extra absence... Thanks Very much for the kind advice. Really very sorry to hear you situation. I have the similar sort of situation. My 5 Years shall be complete on 27 July 2012 but my visa for tier 1 is up to the 14 Oct 2012. I was out more than 180 days in 5 years ( up to the July 2012) and one time 92 days out in one go. What should you guys recomm...
