For OCI one of the parents need to be British.

You can only apply for PIO, in the UK it takes around 2 weeks. Not sure how long it takes for processing in India.

I was wondering how long is ILR valid, I need to take a job out of UK so was wondering how long I can be outside uk until ILR become invalid.

I suppose on return after 1 year I can go for naturalization.
