Thanks for your answer, but just to make sure....if i am working for some company and they really interested in keeping me in, possible throught Tier2 do i still need to go back home or it can be done within the UK? Cheers

only one thing here - the account is not the joint one, but two current accounts (wife -as a main holder and husband -as dependant). Is it going to work? we are both working in the UK

Hi everyone.One more question? Can the main holder and dependent combine the bank statement to prove the maintenance funds if we gonna send the application at the same time? Mean if in both accounts all together there was a way over the limit but in one of them(the holder`s one) the amount was less ...

Language evidence?

Hi again. I have got another question.
Is it true that if you are currently in the UK vith HSMP Visa status, and you were approved for HSMP after 5 December 2006 then you will not need to evidence your English Language ability when making a Tier 1 HSMP extension application?

At first i want to apologize for my English. So is it mean that payslips and bank statement to confirm them, plus the paperwork from our accounter that we did paid taxes on additional earning will do the job? And if yes what else can we provide in support of this? Tnx

tnx all, so if we going to pay an taxman the money will they take this in account. Exmp., 18000£-proofable earning + tax paid on another 7-8K(based on invoice only) Total 25-26K. Q. Is it going to work and if yes what the best way to do it? Tnx.

Haw can we possible show an income which newer went through the bank account as it was an income from additional private job and paid by cash. Can invoices do the business, or they(HO) not gona take it in an account? Tnx

HSMP extension

Need some advice pls. My wife staing on HSMP I am as her dependant. Visa due to finish at the end of may. the think is that she got not enough points as she work as TOFL teacher which doesn`t earn much money. What the best think we can do to stay and work here. Thanks
