Hi My husband and I live with my parents and have done since we came back to the UK from Iran. My husband is on a settlement visa and will apply for ILR Set M in the future. On the Set M form it says a letter should be included if you live with relatives. Could anybody advise what my parents should...

I dont think so... A family memeber has been in ILR since 80s, kids born here in 1980... he's been based back home, makes a visit once in 2 yrs to keep the ILR alive... for the last 10 - 15 yrs he only worked in the UK for 5 yrs at a stretch, all other times he visits the UK to maintain his ILR stat...

Hi I came to UK in 11/11/2005 - on WP.But my visa was issued on 13/10/2005. I was on WP till Aug2008 and then i changed to Tier1 General Visa. Soo 13/10/2005 to 13/10/2010 makes 5years. So when exactly in 2010 i can apply for my ILR as i came to UK on 11/11/2005? I was made Redundant in Sep2008,so ...
