WP from X employer working for Y - you dont have a case IMO...

what you may get away with is, apply for Tier#1... then apply for ILR in couple of years and hope and pray HO will award ILR purely based on checking his tier#1 time period docs...

MK78, I am totally making a guess here. I too fall in to the same category and i have read this application form few times... I think thy are expecting to see WP approval letters or visa... I got my hsmp in June 06, doesn't the 4 year rule apply for WP holders then?

My understanding is WP & HSMP both have the same time lines for ILR. . So I assume I should qualify for ILR in 4 years? Am I wrong on this one?
