What people don’t understand is - they are not getting any appointments because few others have booked 2/3 or (sometimes) more appointments. I do not think OH can refuse to take application, as the simple rule is if you have an email ID you are good to book an appointment. It more to do with inconve...

BRP card arrives within 7 working days. I got it in less than 3 working days.

The SET(O) form section 10 should have the biometric details, no seperate form for biometric process for same day service.

Long story short - one of my friend did withdraw the application after paying the money and he got the money back. That is the reason I am confident that withdrawing is refundable process. In my friends case, there was some problem with continuos employment. It looks like even withdrawing is taken a...

Refusal and withdrawing are two different things. Refusal decisions are not refunded but if the candidate wants to withdraw the ILR application the money is refunded.

Hope it clears the confusion.

It doesn’t matter when they take the payment. Just in case if you want to withdraw the application, they will refund the money.

Applying at any PEO isn’t a matter of concerns for them.

If the first page of the form is incorrect then it shouldnt be an issue at all. The rest of the form should be the latest.

The biometric letter will be taken anyway. It has got nothing to do with with the result.

You can claim child benefit once you have ilr. Claims for child benefit can be backdated for three months but not if you were not eligible to claim in that three month period in other words your claim cannot be back dated to before you were granted ilr. Hi Greenie, As you mentioned the CB can be ba...

You can ask for NHS registration history. The current GP should provide you with the all the information. Sometime the GP will ask you to contact the previous GPs for previous registration history.

It all depends on the CW; sometime they just for a one document and some times they can ask for more. I advise to take as many as possible.

So I think it is okay to create more than one appointment but always a chance of misuse as ppl...

You cannot make calls when inside PEO but you can call just before you enter the building and let HSBC know of the amount and the source (UKBA) the request will be originating, let them know the payment will be made in next 2 hours.
