The press release that mentions the 'make sure to bring the correct form' for biometrics (but with no mention of what form it is!)

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... nts/60-brp

Anyone know what form is it ?

When I booked an appointment they just asked what kind of application is it and I just selected SET(O) and I think they are referring to SET(O) when they say correct form (I could be wrong!)

Today I've received emp history from HMRC. As you mentioned in your post it just have year, annual salary and tax paid.

I hope the format provided by HMRC is sufficient.

Many thanks, Kiran

ILR and Biomertic

Hello,

I have never had my biometric done before. Do I have to get it done before I apply for my ILR ?

Also, can I get a PEO appointment before actually finishing my Life in the UK exam.

Could someone help with info please.

Thanks in advance.

Regards, Kiran

Thanks to Vinny and Jambo for information.

I assume he cannot skip ILR only because he was born outside of the UK. Apparently for the children born in the UK can skip ILR. My original post had some information on those lines.

Anyway, thanks for your time.

Best regards, Kiran

Appreciate it sushdmehta. I agree with you that the is at the case workers discretion, I just wanted to know if I stand a chance but I understand because of same circumstances being treated differently, there may not be a direct and clear answer to it. My employer would surely give me a letter stati...

Thank you very much for your time. Gives some clarity but very recently one of my friend who stayed out side the UK for close to 5 months (Aug 2009 to Jan 2010) has got him ILR approved. When he came after the break that was on a different work permit, which is clear deviation from the guidelines th...
