Postal order for OCI

Hi,

I am applying for OCI for myself and my child; could someone please confirm if I can take on postal order of £350 or do I have to take 2 postal orders of £175 each of us? I am sure I can take £350 but just wanted to make sure if that wouldn't be an issue.

Many thanks in advance

Regards, K

I do not think you should be worrying yet. Sometimes it takes time for them to take the money out. I suggest you give them 5 clear working days.

Congrats on your ILR LankanFunkin . Unlike Tier-1 (Gen), there is no maintenance funds requirement for ILR. I am sure the case worker would have realised this after you questioned him/her about it. I have seen so many cases where people were in over draft and still succeeded in ILR. It’s always nic...

There is no definite figure of how much money you should have in your account. But it’s advisable to have sufficient savings at the time of ILR. Hi linkers, Going by the rule book. Applicants applying for ILR thru T1G should meet all the requirements of T1G which includes maintenance funds. Mainten...

All the dependents are required to be in person at the PEO. Not sure if it was consideration or I got lucky; my wife is pregnant and the CW just verified the documents whilst I was at the counter and gave the decision in 35 mins (where in almost 90% of applicants were asked to come back after a coup...
