Yes, no problem, you will get your visa. After passport expires, it is up to you to transfer your visa to the new one (if you need a new passport and you need to pay a little fee on that) or just leave on the old expired one, stick two passports together with no problem so.. yes ________ Suzuki Fz50...

No, it is pure personal opinion.. If you can guarantee that all your papers will be in order and you get the award... Go ahead and apply from outside. Myself I had to leave the UK back in May and apply from home because of the maintenance fund. I did apply after three months and got my PSW in one wo...

In my opinion you should extend your visa as student until you pass and awarded the degree. In any case, you can not apply for PSW before the result is out and the university awarded you the degree. In case you couldn't get the certificate, you can ask for a letter from the university confirming tha...

NO (it is not just at the time of application), In your case the answer is NO, because you didn't fulfill the Maint. fund rule. You need to refer to the PSW guide at UKBA website and read it carefully. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/pbs/tier1poststudyworkguidance1.pdf...
