So I am sending the following documents along with application .
Passport of baby
Birth certificate
2 Passport photographs
12 month pay slips
12 month bank statements
p60
Letter from employer.

Please let me know if I miss any thing from list of documents.

actually in my case, i submitted evidence correctly for all 12 months of pay slips, 12 months bank statements,p60 but while mentioning date range for rpevious earning in applicaiton form, i mentioned the 20 days less date mistakenly instead of 5th april , i mentioned 20 th april as my starting perio...

thanks chetan for replying, in mronign when i called call center people, they are saying 12 months and not knowing about guidence form, they simplay saying they just know basic rule of 12 months, but no this rule as they did not read the guidence form. HSMP EXtension Under Tier 1 General

HI, I recently applied HSMP extension under Tier 1 general. Do they consider tier1 guidence or previous HSMP guidence for extension? As I showed less than 12 months in previous earning , as it is valid from TIer 1 genral point , but not from HSMp extension point. COuld some one please clarify on this?

hi,
sorry i got 40 points for that section , i scored totally 115 points ( 95 points in attribute section), even for 11 month consideration i scored more than 80 points?

do i need to worry still abt it?
