On application your chance of getting visa is 50/50... on appeal you have 70-80% of getting it....!! but you would need to look for good solicitor who has dealt with such cases before...!!!

Yes it is possible for them to visit France. They need to apply for Schengen visa in French embassy. Since she is a student therefore the embassy may require her to get a letter from her college/uni that her absence for that specific duration will not affect her studies or simply authorizing her abs...

Thanks for clearing me on that. I just went through the policy guidance and it doesn't say anything about over stayers so I assume the funds requirements will be £1600 as it is for all applications made from inside the UK. Now one last question is triggered in my mind which would be great if anyone ...

Thanks arsenal49. Yeah that's right but in case my appeal is also refused the HO will give me some time to leave the country, so my stay until that date will be legal. - Can I apply for Tier 4 within that time frame? - If yes, how much funds do I need to show in my account, is it £7200 as someone su...

I know several people who have already got psw on that basis, some on application only and some on the basis of appeal. I have personally seen 3-4 allowed appeals. Since PSW is scrapping in april therefore i want to give it a try now since my visa is expiring anyway. My question still remains unsolv...

Thanks for your reply Lucapooka.. I have completed first 10 papers of ACCA, and I've opted in for ACCA+ MBA offered by lsbf. So if my psw application/appeal is refused I would apply on the basis of my remaining studies which is the same, ACCA+MBA.

That is not electronic statement. Electronic statement is the one which you print off yourself, or your bank branch does it in the branch. If you order it online, it is your proper statement and you don't need to stamp it by your bank or get a confirmation letter.

Best of luck.

Marrying Dependent of Tier 2

Hi everyone. I've got a few questions. If someone, who is on student visa (the old one, not tier 4), and wants to marry to someone who is on dependent visa of her father who is on tier 2; 1. Can he apply for dependent visa in this case (hence becoming dependent of a Tier 2 dependent)? 2. Her father ...

Hi buddy....

You've selected a good college indeed.... If your documents are complete then u'll most probably get ur visa stamped.....

Btw, have u got any ACCA paper already cleared in pakistan? Or have u done CAT before?

If yes to any of these, then u are a winner ;)

You don't need an example. Just go to your bank branch and ask them to issue you a bank statement covering last 28days. They will also stamp it. Then get back to home and log on to www.oanda.com and use their currency converter and convert your local currency into british pounds then take a print of...

Yes. That is exactly the same amount that visa application requires from you as you've already paid full fee. However for being on more safe side you should add a thousand or so more in your account although you meet the minimum requirement.
