Are you serious? Well, I don't think i have any problems. However, i believe that they have 5 days to appeal against the initial decision within 5 days. Does anyone on here know if it is possible to contact the Appeal Implementation Team and ask them to speed the VISA up as my wedding is in 04 weeks. Hello,
You usually have 10 days within which to notify them of your appeal.
The appeal hearing will usually be 4 weeks from the last day when you are allowed to put in the appeal. I also think it's 4 working weeks which is roughly 5 normal weeks. That's how long mone took.
