Re: Applying Dependent VISA

Yes dependants can apply for their visa anytime as long as you can show the evidence of maintenance funds. This is a very common practice where applicants mention "NO" in the application and later apply for their dependants soon after getting their own visa.

Good luck.

Re: URGENT DEPENDENTS VISA - SENIOR PLS REPLY ASAP

I also came to UK last year from Dubai where I was working then. My family later applied from Pakistan, however if your family's Dubai residency visa is still valid then you can apply from Dubai. You must confirm this from Abu Dhabi VFS who not only process much faster than Dubai but are also quite ...

Ask your bank if the statement will show both names on each page or each month for the period you want to show the funds for. I believe, if the names are consistent on the statement for each month then you shouldn't worry.

If you meant to ask whether your dependants can either apply along with your application or wait for another 12 months then you understood wrong.

Dependants can apply whenever the criteria for the funds has been fulfilled be it within a week of you getting your visa.

Hope this helped.

Good luck.

1. It needs to be submitted along with the application. 2. Gerry's will give you the info on the hospital and the appointment from that hospital in Islamabad can be taken over the phone. My wife had to spend few hours on the day of appointment before her turn came so keep that in mind. The test is v...

Re: hello

Yes, this should be fine provided your wife shows the date of arrival to UK AFTER the start of the tenancy of your flat. For e.g I got the contract starting 20th July and my family will show Aug 1 as their expected date of arrival.

Re: Hello

Most solicitors do the documents attestation. No grade required. Ask a couple of the solicitors and they should be able to help. Make sure the stamp has the solicitor's name and the date of signing the document. Costs 3 to 5 pounds a page. Regarding the tenancy, although I am also renting a room in ...

Hello, I have just completed my documents for my wife applying from Islamabad. Your list seems to be complete, however please note: 1. does birth certificate need to be notarised?

Hello,

Applying for my dependants Tier 1 visa outside UK.

My question is would an original birth certificate with the hospital's stamp and the doctor's stamp and signature be enough or does it need to be notarized. ?

Many thanks in advance,

Yes, you can apply for yourself first and once you get the Tier 1, you can apply for your dependants right after that or after you arrive to the UK. There is no time bar on when can your dependants apply for the visa. Good Luck. [quote="yggdrasil"]I am looking to apply for Tier 1 General f...
