info needed

Hi,

I plan to apply for ILR in Feb last week but my job ends in may...with only 3 months job left, will the home office issue me an ILR ? please help..
i have a feeling my HR would mention in the letter when my job ends with them !

no need for biometric for ILR application !! also, postal time lines are currently 12 weeks minimum i guess !

i have been trying my best for last 2 weeks..
no luck..thing is yday when i called they pretented to check all the slots for jan 25th and said sorry nothing available and today they say that they haven't release for Jan.

ILR Dates

Hello all, I am very confused regarding the Visa issual dates and eligibility for ILR. 1. Work permit visa was issued from 30 Jan 2005 till 31st Jan 2010. 2. But, the date of Entry was 7th Feb 2005. I guess, for applying ILR the Dates are 28 days before 7th Feb 2010. My question is do i need to have...

Thanks very much for the reply.

I was under the impression that one needs to have assurance of continued employment/offer letter after the 5 years period (after 31st Jan 2010 for me). Is there any such rule mentioned to get ILR ?
