Hello Christian,

Yeah I have , in 2008 I had an interview for a job, The invitation letter stated that the interview would last for 5 days, on the application for the visa i wrote 10 days.When i got the visa it was exactly for 5 days, couldnt really believe it! it was a Schengen for Germany.

I thought it to be like the German nationality, which is not quite easy to get, amazing! I apologize for the wrong information then, thanks for correcting me, but just seemed so unlogical that someone aquires a Nationality without actually living in it or paying taxes.

As long as u have graduated from a non-EU state ,u will have to do a equivalence exam, the EU has a standard of 5500 hours of lectures and practice.

ur wife should be excercising her treaty rights already in the UK,meaning she should be working or studying or living self efficient already in the UK.
I had the same problem.I contacted solvit and they gave me the same answer.

Your Moldovian certificate is not recognized in the EU, You will have to do an exam,for example in Germany you will have to do a a (prufung) exam,which germans do in the end of their medical studies to become doctors.In the UK you will have to do PLABS. Well if u are a romanian citizen, ROMANIA would be a good start :) ,she could a get a 'Carte de Rezidenta Pentru Membru de Familie', which is valid for 5 years.

It's a residence card ('Aufenthaltskarte') what you want but it is not a carte blanche for visa free travel. They would have to stay at least six months per year with you. actually i have qualified from a member state,i am currently working germany as a Doctor,I had no problems whatsoever obtaining a work permit plus registering here,but i dont know whats the problem with the UK.And i told them this already and they know.
