Any application with more than 90 days stretch HO is taking it seriously

Personally I would post it but please wait for experts to answer

make sure you get plenty of supporting documents for that long absense

Man thats the quickest I have seen, BC with in 24 hours. You are a lucky man!!

Secondly, you have got a letter from Accountant for Absence. How will this have any impact on the application. Let me know how you think it will help

Letter from client is absolutely necessary.

Be sure to let the CW know you have now paid in full and they can call HMRC to check this ( also produce ...

you are safe as long as there is no 90 day stretch on any of your absences.

moreover you are less than 180 day threshold. so you are super good to apply ILR with no issues

good luck

I am sure it wont cause any concern. when you come back from Ireland to UK, there will be no entry stamp in UK borders. so dont worry

wait for seniors to comment just to double confirm

I dont think you need an agency for a case like yours. Its very simple. However its your choice

secondly - wait for seniors to advise you on your dividends

Usually good agencies charge you between £500 to £900. I am sure you can find one for £600 with great service

£1000 looks a bit expensive to me personally . However dont know how complex your case is

thanks.
