Was the HSMP approval granted on 11th Sep 2007 or you got EC/Leave to Remain on the basis of HSMP approval on the date?
Dear Push,

I got EC/leave to remain on 11th Sept 2007. Visa was stamped on this day

Thanks,

Please help

Hi there,

Please clarify.

I got my hsmp on 11th sept 2007. Tier 1 Visa Expiring on 10th sept 2012.

Is my assumption correct that the earliest I can apply for ILR is 13th August 2012? I need to book my PEO appt online this week and wanted to check

Thanks for your time with this

Regards

Congrats Apunpale!!!

How many days absence did you have? I know the CW asked you if you had more than 90 days absence in a stretch? did the case worker ask you if you had more than 225 days or 180 days?

Thanks,

Plenty of people in this forum have reported about their first name and last name being muddled up (i,e - they have smith John instead of John Smith )Few people have also told its not a problem. But so far I haven't heard from anyone who had this issue and were successful. In your case, I wouldn't wo...

Hi MSP81,

Did you have any absence more than 90 at a stretch?

Please make sure you inform your employer that they may get a call from Home office? do the same with your accountant if you used one

Good Luck

I am sorry for your friend!!! I hope there is no guarantee from anyone on this forum who were successful in solihull with more than 225 days and >90 days at a stretch. I'm not even sure if solihull would accept application where absence is more than 225 without a 90 day stretch, ( thats my case ) So...
