Seems they are trying their level best to reduce people from getting BC.

What happens to people who were doing contracts ? They enter their Limited company or Umberella company name I believe. ?

ILR granted Nov 2012, Personally I'd take PBS printout at the time of preparation of application to be of the latest status. Thought so , but reason for taking it before hand (1 month earlier) is , if at all I am not awarded points , in the last minute then either taking up Exam or check with NARIC...

Sone one help please .. For Naturalisation ,

Is 5 Years + 1 year ILR Is the requirement ?
Or
5 years which include 1 year ILR is the requirement ?

I have 5 + 1 year , but My wife got ILR on the basis of 3 years in UK ,and she will have 5 years total which includes 1 year ILR , can she apply ?

hi Thanks for your reply. i got ILR apr 2014. So i don't have to do any thing? You NEED NARIC letter So PBS Calculator printout not accepted any more ? :-( For me it does not make any logic atleast for the THEN TIER 1 Visa holders to prove their English ability.
