Apply no earlier than 28 days before 25/10/13 and no later than 25/10/13. Yes you will qualify for ILR after you obtained the extension as the spouse, as the old rules will apply to you. Thanks Obie for your reply but I think you mean other way around as I myself is main applicant. So she will qualify for ILR immediately after FLR (M). There is no other shorter route. i....

My company is only one year old and it paid me 4 interim dividends during the year. These interim dividends were later on ratified in the annual general meeting of the company before the end of year. PBS dependents do not get those PBS dependent privileges for ILR application if the primary/sponsor did not get ILR via the PBS route. Ok. What the suggestions are. 1.
