Normally it doesn't take that long to receive UTR Number. You will receive it before 1st March.

Hi just want to confirm if this 90 days rule is applicable for ILR (10 years long term residency as well) for example in my case 1. Hi sorry I forget to mention that I came to UK in Oct 2003. So I can apply under 10 years rule as well. I don't think there should be any problem.

Yes that what I though as well and that why I mentioned in my post that I should apply either on or after 3rd feb 2013 for extention.

What are the suggesstions? Should I go for extention on 1st or book an other appointment.

I got initiall visa on 3rd of March 2010 for 3 years and due for extenstion for further 2 years to make it total 5 years. I am due for ILR in March 2015 under 5 years rule

Out of 28 days window means I should apply after 3rd Feb but I have got an appointment for 1st Feb.
