Does the guidance say that you need to be in UK for a continuous period of 12 months? If not, then its not mandatory. 'nyways y d u want to take the risk? Why not show as much savings as you can? hmm !! my this extension would be according to old rules but as u said sush if apply for another extension in 2014 it will be considered on new rules for tier-1 isn't it ? that means i will have to show earnings past 45K lol
