Re: 190 days of absence - including dates of leaving and com

Hi, I have a PEO appointment for ILR in Jun-2012 at Croydon. In the last 5 years I have 190 days of absences from UK (including dates of leaving and returning) or 174 days (excluding dates of leaving and coming back). Do you guys think this could be more than the allowed and cause a problem for me?...

follow up question...
this means the "Indian Immigration Stamps" on your passports are like:
10/12/2007
24/05/2008
06/12/2008
13/06/2009
16/10/2009
27/05/2010 and so on...

Is that right?
Yes that is correct.

Re: Status Enquiry

Good point always good to include. did you get any other comments from them regarding the expiry in 2012 and what will happen then? It appears that it is always worth giving every possible piece of evidence necessary. There is nothing particular about the expiry in 2012. It just says some general s...

Status Enquiry

Re: Applied on 18th of April

I sent my application on 18th of April and received the reference number letter dated 21st April. Based on what I can see for other people who have applied on similar dates, mine should have been under consideration last week and hopefully with God's grace I should be getting my documents back duri...

I would recommend that you keep all the documentaion that you used to get your HSMP approval and EC handy just in case you might need to show any of it. Thats what I had done, although the immigration lady only asked me about where I was going to stay and whether or not if I already had a job (which...
